Student Life
The Collegix Student Life module manages residence hall assignments, off-campus housing, meal plan selections and student extra curricular activities. Room charges, board fees and miscellaneous charges can be automatically posted to student accounts.
Housing and Meal Plans:
- Manage residence halls and other housing with variable room types, capacities and rates
- Maintain meal plans
- Automate the room and roommate assignment process allowing for student preferences
- Register students for housing and meal plans
- Track room availability
- Identify and resolve room conflicts
- Process security deposits and room fees
- Maintain resident information - residents’ add/drop history, room listings, etc.
- Produce standard and user-defined reports
Activities and Associations:
- Maintain database of student clubs, fraternities, sports and other activities and associations
- Track membership and officers for each
- Produce standard and user-defined reports
