The Collegix Student Life module manages residence hall assignments, off-campus housing, meal plan selections and student extra curricular activities.   Room charges, board fees and miscellaneous charges can be automatically posted to student accounts.


Housing and Meal Plans:

    • Manage residence halls and other housing with variable room types, capacities and rates
    • Maintain meal plans
    • Automate the room and roommate assignment process allowing for student preferences
    • Register students for housing and meal plans 
    • Track room availability
    • Identify and resolve room conflicts
    • Process security deposits and room fees
    • Maintain resident information - residents’ add/drop history, room listings, etc.
    • Produce standard and user-defined reports

Activities and Associations:

    • Maintain database of student clubs, fraternities, sports and other activities and associations
    • Track membership and officers for each
    • Produce standard and user-defined reports
